J58 series electric screw press is a national patent product independently developed by Qingdao Yiyou Forging Machinery Co., Ltd with independent intellectual property rights. It is a kind of forging and pressing equipment with strong technological adaptability.
1, press structure
According to the principle of splitting before breaking, the machine frame adopts split type prestressed structure, and the upper beam, left and right columns and base are pretightened together by the hydraulic pretensioning device through four high-strength tensioning bolts to form a closed stress frame.
2. Jacking device
In the base is equipped with a hydraulic jacking device, which is supplied by a separate pump station. The jacking force and rod jacking stroke can be adjusted.
3. Slider and guide rail
The lower part of the slider is provided with four X-shaped guide surfaces, and the upper part is provided with a cylindrical guide surface. The structure of the slider makes the total guide length H of the J58 press much larger than the length H of the X-shaped guide surface. Therefore, the press has strong anti-eccentric forging ability and is very suitable for multi-station die forging.
4, lubrication system
The press adopts oil-immersed type and high-pressure oil pump strong lubrication type thin oil lubrication system to supply oil to the force bearing parts of the slide rail and screw respectively. The friction resistance is reduced as much as possible.
5, overload protection device
The flywheel adopts the disc spring overload protection device, which effectively eliminates the damage caused by the cold strike force in the abnormal use of the equipment. Prolong the service life of the whole machine.
6. Braking system
The brake adopts the type of disc spring brake, the braking torque is large, safe and reliable.
7. Electrical system
Electrical system using Emerson programmable controller (PLC), with Taiwan programmable panel, can display three kinds of working interface: process parameters operation interface, process parameters setting interface, fault display interface. Quik Learn or Herman tonnage indicator can be selected according to the user's requirements.
8, safety protection
The upper part of the equipment is a closed platform, which can prevent objects from falling and endangering personal safety. Because the transmission mode has changed, the friction materials used for transmission are eliminated, and the friction dust harmful to human body will not be produced.
